Fuel Your Greatness

Simply Nish is a company that I am building through the faith and dependence on the one fact and truth that God will not let me down. There are so many obstacles that presents themselves throughout my day-to-day life to try and discourage me from moving forward, but instead of allowing them to do what they have set out to accomplish I take the adversity and use it to my advantage, I use them to push me. Yes, push me right into the fullness of my greatness.
A quote that I sometimes look back to is one from a writer by the name of Charles DuBois that reads, “The important thing is this: to be able at any moment to sacrifice what we are for what we could become.” And another writer whose name is unknown to me that said, “Stretch for who you could be or settle for who you are.” How true that is for my life today. I am so determined to be content with who I am, not rushing the outcome of it all, love the me that I have become throughout the years, not settle for who I am today; however, striving for what I know my life is waiting for me to be. And in order to do that I am going to have to sacrifice who I am right now as uncomfortable as it may sometimes cause me to be. And I encourage you to do the same...fuel your greatness and realize that sometimes those obstacles are sent straight from God to do just that.
